for this book, led Smith to the conclusion that the US military and
other countries are using weather technology to wage war against

Jerry E. Smith
passed away a little after midnight March 8,
2010. We always enjoyed having him as a
guest and his research on HAARP and
hypothesis on weather wars were fascinating
subjects. He was a serious writer but a fun
personality. We will miss him.
