David Chamberlain
Soldier, Lawman, Country Singer

Veterans Day, 2010 -
David Chamberlain served six years in the US Army with some combat duty in Desert Storm. After the Army, David took a job with the Oklahoma County Sheriff's department looking for fugitives and flirted with his life long ambition of being a country music star. When in High School he used to call Jerry up on his morning show and tell him that he was going to be a country music singer someday. Jerry was was playing country music in Oklahoma City for a little over a year and David was one of his biggest fans. Now it's time for payback as Jerry features David in this debut interview introducing his song for Veterans Day: "Freedom Don't Come Free." Jerry also talks with Jan Pheneger, David's manager and long-time friend of Jerry about David and his career. David is featured in this program singing another one of his releases, "Oklahoma Sooner."
