Clark County Charade

(12-10-08) Indian Springs, NV) - It's mid-week and O.J. Simpson has been in this hell-hole reception station for the Penal System in Nevada, for about 48 hours. To give you an idea of how desolate of place this is, we have done several shows about secret bases, ETs among us being protected hidden in this area of Nevada.

Until a couple of decades ago, this was a no-man's land without water, shade or people. But that has changed with black operations by the USG and Prison location by Nevada 's Prison System.  Where OJ is now is a 3,000 bed facility without much to do for the prisoners but just wait around for assignment, a kind of military reception station many of us spent days waiting before being assigned to boot camp, only the population is not wide-eyed kids but a collection of crooks, meanies, and the innocent sprinkled among the guilty.  

This is where OJ will get to spend Christmas. A place with no visitors allowed. This place 45 miles Northwest of Las Vegas in desert  country would be an improvement for co-defendant C.J. Stewart who is in an even worse place, the Clark County Detention Center, a place full of street criminals given little mercy or attention until sentencing, a way-station of lost and hopeless souls.  The 54 year old Stewart received only slightly less time from Jackie Glass, the tiny woman with the big gavel who delights it seems in sending these "monsters" that come before her to hard time without even a second thought of compassion. She indeed is the soul mate of the prosecutor's office carrying out their wishes like a mistress in the night.

Late Monday the 61 year old Simpson was transported away from Las Vegas, the home of retribution for a crime no one knows if OJ did it. The Jury system found him innocent of the murder of Ron Goldman and his Ex- Wife Nicole Simpson, but as the tainted DA, David Roger, said in a press conference recently, he thought the civil jury and trial of OJ was more accurate. In other words, this indeed is a trial of retribution with no assurance at all that OJ did it. His children think he is innocent and it was their mother who was murdered, but millions of mostly white people show their prejudice daily by refusing to accept the fact OJ might have been framed. Well, frames to exist and we just witnessed one in Las Vegas, didn't we?

Lady Justice can be vicious and nothing was a better example of what happened in Court Tuesday.  Judge Glass handed out probation and suspended sentences to the four who flipped and did their act for the DA and Judge Glass. To appreciate the harshness of Glass and the prosecutors, you must understand the Tuesday Court Session.

The four former co-defendants - Michael McClendon, Walter Alexander, Charles Cashmere and Charles Ehrlich - all were in the Court Room looking apologetic. Then there were the two victims, Bruce  Fromong and Alfred Beardsley. They were there, these two men who have a shady past and no one disputes worked closely with Mike Gilbert in stealing OJ's "stuff." And in the audience, in chains, was C.J., he had been hauled into court by creditors to sure by the time he got to Indian Springs, he would be destitute as well as alone.

One wonders what CJ really was thinking Tuesday watching the charade being played before him. A man of religious conviction, by all accounts, a good man, how did he end up in this situation. Obviously it was because he was a friend of OJ's.

Glass did her duty next, the little Judgmental lecture and the cold Karma of Ice and Compassion as she lectured, then did what every one knew would happen, give these four a break..regardless of the fact that two of them were the ones with the guns that everyone was so upset about..and Roger, the DA, said was dangerous because they could have gone off and shot a tourist..

"I thought the sentencing was interesting," said Brent Bryson, one of Stewart's lawyers. "The guys who had the weapons got probation, and Mr. Stewart, who didn't even know about the weapons, is doing 71/2 years," wrote Las Vegas Review Journal Reporter Brian Hayes about this circus of Justice in Vegas.

Then there was the reaction of the two scum bags, Fromong and Beadsley. Fromong was kicked out of court for yelling from the seat where he was watching, "You Gotta Be Kidding Me." when Judge Glass pronounced the sentence without a smile. Oops, there he went, escorted out of the Court Room by Security.  Judges and especially Judge Jacky don't allow any emotions, or protests, she just kicks them out of her way as she passes Judgment. After all she is part of the imperial judiciary, how dare these people object?

Beardsley has been a strange one all along and so he was in character Tuesday in Vegas. Beardsley said that he was "thoroughly disgusted" with the sentence and said that McClinton was the one brandishing a weapon. Oh, and that asset hearing for CJ, they postponed it, so he is stuck in Clark County for a while.
